Our general scope is as follows

In areas where existing waterproofing has failed, we will strip off all of the old product.

Exposed areas will be inspected for damage, and plaster or concrete will be repaired where necessary.

On new construction sites, prepared retaining walls will be primed.

Thickness and makeup of required torch on material will be determined as per the individual project specifications.

Our team of experienced applicators will install the membrane specified.

For roof application, aliminium silver coat will be applied to protect the membrane from the elements.

Torch on can be a long lasting solution, giving you as much as 20 to 25 years of protection, flat roof systems need regular servicing to provide longetivity. Servicing involves reheating the overlaps and reapplying fresh silver coat.

Our recommendation is every 3 to 4 years for best results, and guarantee a long lifespan for your torch on membranes.
